John McCain Vs. Chris Simcox, 2010

The Obamanation. The perfect storm election-creation of a dissatisfied Republican limited government grass-roots, a fawning orgasmic media, Hollywood adoration, minority and hippie-youth cult following, and John McCain. Known for great hits such as McCain/Feingold (censorship), McCain/Kennedy (amnesty from a Republican), supporting ‘global-warming’ legislation, voting for pork-laden Bush budget-busting whilst crying against pork, and many other RINO greatest hits. He played a large part in Republicans staying home and saying ‘no’ to 4 years of more big-government Republicanism.

Enter Chris Simcox. Founder of the Minuteman campaign, tough on illegal-immigration, capitalist, young and well-spoken, Mr. Simcox is running in the Arizona primaries against our favorite RINO that gave us the Obamanation. Long-shot? Maybe but check him out above. If you like what you see, make a small donation (I’m going to), or if you live in AZ, do some campaigning for him. What a stunning message this would be to the Republican establishment if Mr. Simcox spanked McCain in the primaries. Conservatives need to put their mouths where their money is in 2010, Arizona primary voters need to vote for this guy!

If Chris Simcox can pull off a victory next year, that’s one step in the right direction. The Maverick has been stabbing conservatives in the back for far too long; Simcox and true conservatives like him need to make a stand and help take back our country from people like McCain and Dear Leader.

Drooz – Indeed, this would be a major ‘smackdown’ to the neocons, can you imagine? Simcox is the real deal and we need to support him!

Never liked McLame. Fought him and his cronies every step of the way during the whole “Dream Act” fiasco. Chris Simcox sounds like a better choice by leaps and bounds already.

Red – Simcox needs to pull this off! Talk about a statement being made to the Elitist country club RINOs….

Neocons? There are really hardly any around. I see the “neocon” term bandied about without regard to meaning on leftwing sites. But I wonder if that is happening here?

dmarks – Hmmm, actually you are right in that the term neocon is typical a leftie site term used, typing too fast here, what I really meant was RINOS…..

I admit, I liked McCain. But I fully understand the criticisms that more-pure conservatives have of him.

That being said, can you imagine a President McCain, from a conservative point of view, doing anything as near as bad as Pres. Obama’s 100 days of outrages?

Starting with Obama’s administration declaring that war veterans especially need to be watched (i.e. targeted) as potentional terrorists.

dmarks – I respect your opinion, I never did care for McCain on policy and the ‘maverick’ label (sticking it to conservatives). Of course in comparison to the Obamanation, McCain is a saint, he would have been a competent, moderate president – not my cup of tea but a dream compared to what we have!
