Jonathan Hoenig: “The basic issue here is individualism, which Governor Chris Christie Advocates, and Collectivism, which is what the President is all about…

in my opinion, President Obama’s vision of the American dream is depraved; what’s always made this country unique is that the individual is put above the collective. We’re not here to serve the FĂĽhrer, the king, the church, your life belongs to you. Entitlements destroy that freedom. They say that, no, you can’t pursue your life, your liberty, your happiness; you’re here to serve the greater good.”

  1. I share your enthusiasm for JHog. He is the most Conservative on the Cashing In panel. I love the way Jonathan defends and advances the Founding Principles. I loved it when JHog declared "Give me Liberty or Give me death" this morning. The Hubby and I high fived 🙂

Love your keen sense of comedy. "Freedom ain't free." Ha ha ha …

You are pushing a state Governor, by definition a member of a state collective (political party), as an example of an individual fighting for liberty and freedom. Nyuk, Nyuk, Nyuk. About the only funny punch-line not used in the Hoenig 'Punch-And-Judy' shtick is 'RepublicanT Party is the political party of the rugged individualism.' Yuk yuk yuk.

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha …

"Entitlements destroy that freedom." Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha … Sorry. Lost it there for a moment. (Giggle giggle giggle)

So a society that works and works for the earned benefit of all; is somehow taking away a person's ability to "pursue your life, your liberty, your happiness;you can't pursue your life, your liberty, your happiness"? Really? Humor ark ark …

"… the individual is put above the collective." No, not even close. _Society_ is always about the needs of the group. USA ever since September 1787, was based on the collective welfare.

The greed and grief being pushed by Hoenig and his paymasters at Murdoch Media/Fox Networks have always failed. "Give me liberty or give me death." Ya right. This coming from a paid political 'snake-oil' salesman from Madison Avenue New York?!.

    Again, thanks for the laugh.
