Morning Beat: Obamacare DOA

by the Left Coast Rebel

Upholding the Constitution, curbing unlimited congressional excess and abuse of power, stopping the ultimate collectivization of the American people and economy. One Federal judge with a vision for our Republic that is all-too-rare in our times.

Or one fell swoop of "judicial activism," according to the Marxists in the lamestream media, and, as Rightklik notes, in the White House. Only today, under the rule of the Orwellian impostors in our government would fidelity to the founding documents be considered "judicial activism". Either way, the Supreme Court will be the final arbiter and we can all hope and pray that Obamacare, the crown jewel of socialism, dies the death panel death that it deserves.
