Video: Belmar, New Jersey Snowstorm Time Lapse

by the Left Coast Rebel

The Eastern Seaboard and much of the Eastern U.S. is frozen solid and buried under the snow at the moment. I can't relate as it is 60 degrees out and sunny here in Southern California. Living in a banana republic still has it's benefits (or benefit) -- the weather.

Photographer Mike Black captures time lapse video of snowfall in Belmar, New Jersey:

Mike Black used his Canon DLSR on a tripod, set up a remote timer and took one frame every five minutes for about 20 hours in the video above.

Note that Mike Black uses clocks and a measuring tape in the time lapse video to show the scope of snow.

  1. It's all because of Global Warming. (/sarcasm off)
