Recall the entire 'weapons of mass destruction' controversy that gripped the nation for quite some time several years ago? Anti war activists, liberals and humble foreign policy folks used the 'weapons of mass destruction' issue to bludgeon Bush and the Defense Department, essentially the auspices for going to war in Iraq in 2003 in the first place. No weapons of mass destruction have been found to this day. Until now?
The big dog above, apparently a rocket buried by the Saddam Hussein regime, was found today. It's big, it's ugly and it could be a weapon of mass destruction. At this time, however, it is not known if the 20 foot long rocket is armed with a warhead. It was found near Baghdad in an Abu Ghraib suburb. I don't know about you but I sure as hell wouldn't get close to that thing.
