I'm scrambling here to find the entire debate via. video but having a hard time. However, what I did find may seem to suffice and be a nice summation. Scott Brown, Massachusetts Senator. To digress just a bit, it almost seems to me that David Gergen is more of a focal point here than the actual debate or the point that Scott Brown makes about the 'people's seat' and such. It was stunning for me to see David Gergen ask the '15 year' question the way that he did. How can these statist bastards run the press like they do? I mean you could practically smell the government/media/industrial/David Gergen complex.
"With all due respect. It's not the Kenney seat, and it's not the Democrat's seat. It's the People's seat."

Scott Brown clearly won the debate, David Gergen was a distant second.
ReplyDeleteHere's the entire vid per c-span
Thanks for posting this LCR. That answer Brown gave was spectacular..."...it's the people's seat". What a perfect come back.
ReplyDeleteAnd I'm sick of hearing about Ted Kennedy and having to pass this monstrous bill because of him.
linked...great clip
ReplyDeleteThey just trot out the same old lies about Republicans every time.
ReplyDeleteHe did really well in that clip of the debate. May God help us all by seeing him elected.
Gergen is a tool and he did all he could to suck the life out of that debate. "Teddy Kennedy's seat"?
ReplyDeleteGet a rope!
David Gergen is just about the worst of 'em. "Teddy Kennedy's seat" indeed. Does the turd still call himself a republican or did he at least have the minimal decency to switch parties.
ReplyDeleteD'Oh! Coakley Ad Attacking Brown Misspells Massachusetts
ReplyDeleteIn the debate last night Coakley said how hard she and her campaign were working and not taking it for granted that she would win. Question are you working so hard you don't have time to hit spell check?? And don't blame it on the ad company, the ad had to be approved!!
