h/t to friend of the site Zoltarsees for the Polanski video.Visit his Youtube Channel here.
What is worse? The fact that Roman Polanski, the admitted child molester/rapist has so much support in Hollywood or the fact that he is out on bail, under house arrest; but living in luxury and comfort? Leave it to the Euro-lib court system to even let this guy post bail. The Chicago Tribune has the story:
Luxo-prison: House arrest doesn't sound all that bad, especially if it means lying low in a luxurious chalet in a Swiss village. Film director Roman Polanski, 76, was released from custody yesterday after posting $4.5 million bail and transferred to the village of Gstaad, where he is under house arrest at his chalet, the Swiss government said in a statement. Though he's stuck at home with an electronic monitoring device, the film icon is allowed unlimited phone calls, e-mailing and
Internet, and he has permission to carry on with his social life.

You are so right about this man. Like the thief Madoff he gets to live it up in luxury but his time will come. By the way I love your site name. Keep informing the uninformed.
Polanski's in Gstaad, is he? Reminds me of a story.
William F. Buckley, Jr. and his wife Pat often rented a house - actually, an old monastery, the Chateau de Rougemont - in Switzerland, not far from Gstaad. On one occasion in the mid-1970's, the Buckleys' friend, Prof. John Kenneth Galbraith, arrived for a visit, accompanied by none other than Sen. Ted Kennedy. Not long after arriving, Kennedy asked if he could borrow a car to drive into Gstaad. Mrs. Buckley replied, "Certainly not - there are three bridges between here and Gstaad."
Heh heh heh! Forgive me if you've heard it before, but it's a classic.
