Any other reader/bloggers here use Google Trends? I would reccommend it to newbies as a place to jump on a new topic that may help garner eyeballs for you site. Mind you every day is a myriad-mismatch-mix of some bizarre stuff. Remember that.
It's true, I love the internet; I have ever since I had a dial-up connection in my dirty little dungeon apartment in the late 90s. From this dial-up system I would download music from Napster, 'chat' with friends on AIM and actually trade stocks. I actually did quite well during the net bubble years, cashing out in 1999, to buy real estate. Mind you it was a complete timing-coincidence. The ease at which I can approach the business meltdown of 2008 is in part due to several decisions that I made as a very young man. It is also one of the reasons that I love America and capitalism so much. I've been there. I've done it. I've lived it. It works.
But I digress, as I said, Google Trends is a myriad-mismatch-mix of hot topics of the day that can be something else. How about today's top 20:
1. intersex
2. intersex genital photos
3. to whom did saladfork turn over the crackulous project
4. target black friday 2009 ad
5. jeffrey herbst
