Nidal Malik Hasan: Infidels Should Have Their Throats Cut

by the Left Coast Rebel

Details of the Fort Hood massacre keep getting wilder and more bizarre as they hit the wires. One of the most disturbing aspects of this story, beyond the horrific crime itself is the US press treatment of the story. And the fact that one has to travel 6000 miles to a foreign land to exact pertinent info on this affair. How about these from the London Telegraph:

Major Nidal Malik Hasan, the gunman who killed 13 at America's Fort Hood military base, once gave a lecture to other doctors in which he said non-believers should be beheaded and have boiling oil poured down their throats.

He also told colleagues at America's top military hospital that non-Muslims were infidels condemned to hell who should be set on fire. The outburst came during an hour-long talk Hasan, an Army psychiatrist, gave on the Koran in front of dozens of other doctors at Walter Reed Army Medical Centre in Washington DC, where he worked for six years before arriving at Fort Hood in July.

Colleagues had expected a discussion on a medical issue but were instead given an extremist interpretation of the Koran, which Hasan appeared to believe.

One Army doctor who knew him said a fear of appearing discriminatory against a Muslim soldier had stopped fellow officers from filing formal complaints.

Another, Dr Val Finnell, who took a course with him in 2007 at the Uniformed
Services University of the Health Sciences in Maryland, did complain about Hasan's "anti-American rants." He said: "The system is not doing what it's supposed to do. He at least should have been confronted about these beliefs, told to cease and desist, and to shape up or ship out. I really questioned his loyalty."

  1. Ridiculous isn't it? The press is totally in denial. It amazing how naive some people can be. Ignoring the root of the problem is a dangerous thing.

  3. WTF was an obvious jihadist kook doing in the military?

    And promoted to Major?

Let me guess- everyone was afraid to offend some people by 86-ing this enemy within.

What a joke- I hope all the victims' families sue the crap out of the Army and FORCE them to put innocent lives before misguided -and deadly- political correctness

And Obama's response shows you this idiot is the epitome of the problem- so don't expect any solutions from him.

  4. If this were 1942 and a U.S. soldier with a German name shouted "Sieg Heil" while gunning down his brothers in arms, would anyone be questioning his motives?

If he'd spent an hour lecturing fellow officers on "Mein Kamp" or the virtures of Hitler's Germany, would we have any doubt as to where he was coming from?

Why are we afraid to call this what it is?

  6. So glad he used the American system to his advantage--school, a paycheck, a job--and then decides to turn into a psycho terrorist. Convenient. The irony is that he'll be shown more compassion than the soldiers he murdered.

  7. When a situation as devastating as that which occurred last week at Fort Hood occurs, I am particularly intrigued how the story is reported. Even though the culprit, Malik Nadal Hasan, has all the tell-tale signs of a Jihadist hellbent on destruction of the American way of life, he has been reported as a “crazy” and “conscientious objector” by much of the mass media as if he simply lost his marbles or was somehow morally opposed to American engagement in the Middle East. He has been painted by some as a victim of a lifetime spent serving our nation’s military against his will and his conscience and has been given an affirmative defense that his actions resulted because of the daily grind of listening to the horror stories of American service men and women as a military psychiatrist. It saddens me that even as much of Hasan’s past is coming to light that the Popular Rule is still making every effort to call this man anything short of a fundamentalist Islamic terrorist.

  8. The real frightening part of this is how political correctness made it impossible for the army to do anything about it.

We need to just call a spade and spade. If someone is harboring anti-american sentiments, they don't belong in our armed services. End of story. This one world, let's sing kumbaya junk is dangerous.

  9. He is a real bad guy. I don't mean to laugh at it, but it reminds me of Jon Stewart.
John Oliver: When you're a bankrupt ideology pursuing a bankrupt strategy, the only move you have left is the dick one.
Stewart: When will these MFers go away?
Oliver: They probably won't. There have always been MFers. There will always be MFers. What we can't do is let them control our MFing lives.

This guy is so bad. He really tests your values.
