First a big h/t to BBCW. It is certainly possible that indictements could be handed down over the CRU affair, at least according to Lord Monckton, the famous global warming skeptic. Go here and here for more information on him. Monckton cites the fraud and data disposal of Hadley's CRU as a criminal offense. He is requesting that charges be filed.

Seriously, the man knows what he's talking about and he's chock full of inconvenient truths that the warmists don't want to hear.
I guess Britain has its own version of the Freedom of Information Act, and destroying data to avoid it is a crime.
I would love to see these flim flam artists go to jail of this global hoax. There is hope. It was Britain where a judge ruled Gore's film had several flaws in it and that a disclaimer must be run before it is shown in schools.
It's strange that this story is getting as much coverage as it is. Yet the climate change crew still goes ahead with their efforts for more power and restrictions. Think this will go anywhere?
