Glenn Beck Time Magazine Cover

by the Left Coast Rebel

The boycott against Glenn Beck that backfired. Uncovering the myriad Czars and shadow government. Having a huge say in the ousting of a communist advisor to the President of the United States in the White House. ACORN? Thank you Glenn. You are my hero.

Regardless of whether you like him or not, Glenn Beck over at Fox News has done one heck of a job exposing some of the most radical personalities and worst corruption under the Obamanation. Of course the Time magazine cover of Beck sticking his tongue out is ridiculous and libelous; the title of angry style of politics is absurd as well as libelous.

The special woman in my life likes Beck, need I say more?

I don't think that he comes across as angry...... emotional perhaps, sometimes to the point of cringe-inducing on my part - but angry? Not quite.

My opinion of the Time piece? Could be worse, could be better. Predictable and Expected. Meandering begins on page 3, net version..... Now if Newsweek had done this, well you know, I need kitty-litter liner.......

A key excerpt stood out to me -

"He used to be afraid that hypocritical Republicans in the Bush Administration were killing capitalism and gutting liberty, but now he is afraid that all-too-sincere leftists in the Obama Administration are plotting the same".

That, in a nutshell, is why I like him.

  1. "Angry Style of Politics"???

    Whatever.

Thank God for Glenn Beck! He has replaced Lou Dobbs in "rock star status" in my eyes...

  4. I love Glenn Beck. He is a true patriot.

And they consider this fair and balanced journalism? I hope Time subscribers dry up and the publication finds itself scrambling to stay afloat.

  7. I don't know if you heard Thursday's show or get his newsletter, but here's the link to the transcript on his site - http://www.glennbeck.com/content/articles/article/198/30754/

He seems kinda okay with the piece, so to speak...

  8. Glenn Beck is a true Patriot. I'll bet he laughed at that photo. I think he only uses emotionalism to get us spurred along and DO something about this run-away gangster government. Glenn has been right on the money so far. He's a Hero in my our eyes. So from me to Glenn: "Thank you for exposing this government for what it is! God bless." :)

  9. The ultimate flattery, he makes them nervous.

As far as Time, they're affiliated with CNN. No one finds this interesting? It's nothing more than digging at a rival that is handing your a$$ to you and disguising it as a news story.

  10. This madman knows how to party. Look at the aerial photos here:

Pass this on to everybody you know. This is real truth about the march on Washington that the media doesn't want you to see.

The real fact is that we had enough people in DC that had we wanted to, Overthrowing the Government would have bee easy but we were peacefully protesting the taking of out rights so anyone looking at this picture think about that for a second, especially when from the extremistmedia words like Nazis and KKK were thrown about like kids toys in romper room. I dare say that if this was a group of extremists, why was there 2 million people, and not one arrest? Why did we not go ahead and takeover the White House and Congress. If we were racsist as the worst President besides Obama has accused used us of being, why did we not lynch the many Black Patriotic Americans w were also in attendance.it go to the website I listed above and see for yourselves how we took over DC and did so peacefully.

  12. I didn't start watching Glenn Beck till the Van Jones' story. Now I'm a fan. Regarding TIME, who subscribes to it anymore besides doctor's offices? I'm sure that Glenn Beck is loving every minute of it. "Backfired" is an understatement.

  13. Glenn Beck is a Patriot, he is passionate about our cause of taking back America and shining the light on the dirty deeds happening in The White House. I think the new song for the The White House should be "Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap" by AC/DC.......

Keep up the fight fellow Patriot, and thanks for another great blog.

  14. Chuck says it all in his comment. "TIME" is part of the CNN umbrella...and Beck is killing them in ratings. And ratings equals money. Beck is their big competition right now, so they are going to keep on dishing out these back-biting articles on him.

Beck vs. the entire CNN network. Beck wins.

  15. It's too funny because this is what Glenn Beck is doing to the old media he is sticking his tongue out at them.

I like it that the photographer doesn't get the irony.

Will I buy this magazine Nope I wouldn't buy it before this doesn't make me want to buy a copy. So Old Media is fading and even bottom feeding can save them.

  16. Media Matters thinks the article isn't vicious enough (surprise). Joel Achenbach of the Washington Post defends the Time article writer and starts a inter-league squabble with Media Matters. Follow all the action here:

  18. I'm not a terribly big Beck fan and he's annoying, but I like some of the stuff he's doing. If you read my latest post you'll see that I still want to keep him at arm's length.

  19. Thank God (and for those who don't like that word, try Lucky Stars!) for Beck! He's unafraid and has shown many many of us regular "joe's and jane's" who HAD BEEN intimidated by all this so called "change" to be unafraid, to speak out and to stand up! I turned from mouse to mammoth in my ability to speak out about my opinions, armed with REAL information. Go Beck! Go LCR! Keep on
