First off, the Obamation's bed-wetting moment yesterday -
A few point here that seem rather obvious to me.
- Contrary to popular opinion, the country is not in a presidential campaign any more.
- Americans are collectively wetting their beds because Hope and Change, unbeknownst to them initially; has been exposed for big-government socialism.
- Americans concern, angst, teeth-gnashing, is on display in the public square. It is the 'polls', the 'pundits', the so-called 'cable chatter'. To dismiss us and our concern, to dismiss plummeting American polling for your 'efforts' is ludicrous. You are a poll. You are an enigma and a leader that came to power by bromide and platitude. You have nothing but polling. To dismiss it now is absurd.
All wee-wee'd up concerned, angered citizen-style -

And switching gears I have Paul Krugman in the New York Times here waxing tantrumly, (if that's a word).
Krugman Shrugging? Is this an indication or a contrarion indicator? Excerpts -
.....the Obama administration — which seemed, over the weekend, to be backing away from the “public option” for health insurance — is shocked and surprised at the furious reaction from progressives....
Unfortunately, the president’s behavior in office has undermined that confidence....the president has dismayed progressives with his reluctance to challenge or change Bush administration policy.
I don’t know if administration officials realize just how much damage they’ve done themselves with their kid-gloves treatment of the financial industry, just how badly the spectacle of government supported institutions paying giant bonuses is playing. But I’ve had many conversations with people who voted for Mr. Obama, yet di
smiss the stimulus as a total waste of money...
Krugman and progressives shrugging? A perfect storm here, just 34% of voters support Obamacare without the so-called "public-option."
Now that is fascinating........

i can't stop laughing over the fact that the president of the US said wee wee.
ReplyDeleteAside from the wee wee thing, of course the health care proposal is nuts without the public option. I don't know what the 34% in favor of that are thinking. For that matter, I don't know what the proposal now does that is any benefit or real change either.
ReplyDeleteWee wee hardly seems like a presidential phrase. I think this one of those of teleprompter gaffs. At least he was good for a laugh, lately all he has done is make me want to pull my hair out.
ReplyDeleteGreat post. Wee wee is a very polite phrase. Wee wee hell no many are pissed off. Obugger was the man behind the mask, the one-eyed jack during the campaign but now we've seen behind the mask and the other face of this one-eyed jack has been exposed. Some in this country are coming out of their trance!!
ReplyDeleteIs anybody writing a President Obama gaffe book? If they are, they'll make a fortune.
ReplyDeleteObama, on top of being a lying snake, has the maturity of a 4th grader.
ReplyDeleteI don't know makes me more wee-wee'd, Obama or "losing credibility fast" Krugman.
ReplyDeleteThat a boy Krugman, just keep on letting ideology interrupt the fact that you once were intelligent.
Ok, let me get this straight
ReplyDeleteAgainst Obama:
The majority of moderate republicans
All conservatives
All libertarians
The far left
He doesn't much left does he?
Thank you for clearing up what wee wee'd up meant. I honestly didn't know what he was talking about.
BTW - a few months back I met a woman from MA who happens to live in Barney's district. She just started up blogging at that point. She is up and running now.
She is a teacher, a union member (not really by choice I think), a Bostonian, and a conservative. She was at Barney's town hall, and got interviewed by the local news. Check out her blog:

I think you will enjoy.
Another great post. I especially enjoyed the music. Works great as satire and showing the patriots at work.
ReplyDeleteSuper post. And the wee weed quip; I laughed so hard at the Presidential comedian I almost wee weed myself!

Reminds me of that nursery rhyme...
ReplyDeleteThis little porkulus crashed the market.
This little porkulus lost my home.
This little porkulus has wagyu beef,
This little porkulus ain't done.
And this little piggy cried "Wee! Wee! Wee!" all the way home
Ugh. I keep wishing this will all end and I will wake up refreshed and grateful and remorseful for having eaten whatever it was that has been giving me this craptastic nightmare. I'd request that someone please take the mic away from this hole but he seems to be doing a great job of burying himself and his administration of goons with it so by all means, let him keep talking!
ReplyDeleteOh and I LOVE YOU for the shout out to my homeboy Dwight K. Schrute (on healthcare). LOVE you!
ReplyDeleteWhat a gaggle of miscreants the Obama Administration is. They are self-destructing early in their term. It's times like this I wish we had a vote of "no confidence" like the Brits do and ask for new elections.
ReplyDeleteI almost wee wee'd in my pants over that one! Gosh, Obama's such a loser. [shaking head in dismay] I wonder how many Obamanites are having 2nd thoughts like "Oh my goodness, what did I do ..?!" Thanks for sharing all this!
ReplyDeleteOh, I guess you know that the Montana Town Hall meeting was fake ... a ruse? Check out my friend Pappy's blog if there's time:

The letter about the Town Hall meeting is very enlightening! :)
@ Labcat - We live in strange times
ReplyDelete@ Truth 101 - We agree 100% that this thing should be scrapped. When I learned about the 'negotiations' with Pharma, I knew Obamacare was toast with progressives....
@ Silent Maj - I hear yah!
@ Ron Russel - Nice.
@ Writer x - Maybe I should!
@ lonewolfarcher - Isn't it insane?
@ Cgen - Exactly! Krugman never ceases to amaze me.
@ justaconsgirl - You missed one, independents! I love the site you mentioned, I'll be sure to read more and contact her, wow!
@ Opus and Les Carpenter - Thanks, comedy is the best RX.
@ Red - So right, keep on talking, please! Glad you like 'Schrute-Care' as well....
@ Stogie - Me too.
@ Sparky - I'll check that out!
